AI video plans should price credits in finished seconds, not 'up to'
Credit totals and 'up to' clip counts hide what a month of AI video really buys. Plan cards should show finished seconds and the expiry and refund terms. 
AI support agents should define "resolution" on the pricing page
"Per resolution" is not a standard unit. Zendesk, Front and Gorgias each define it differently in their docs, and buyers should not have to hunt for it. 
Business AI tools should ask before training on your meetings
Too many paid AI tools use customer content to train their models unless someone opts out. For business plans, training should be off until a customer opts in.
